Error: CAP has not been started! when running LY.MicroService.Applications.Single project

I am a beginner, and I tried to run the source code through the LY.MicroService.Applications.Single project. However, I encountered the error "CAP has not been started!" when running it. I have checked that RabbitMQ and MySQL are both running. Please help m

Since the CAP has not been initialized when the dynamic permission change publishes the event (because the CAP is initialized by BackgroundService), and the abp event is earlier, you can ignore this error for the time being.
