feat: scrap work/education form in onboarding + more syncing ❗️

Description ✏️

This PR:

• Removes the requirement to give work/education history data in onboarding.
• Removes the work/education history checkbox when joining the directory.
• Syncs a member's LinkedIn when they get accepted into the community.
• Syncs a member's LinkedIn when they join the directory.
