What's fixed

  • In Settings › Favorites, the note "The folder itself is at the top of the submenu." now only shows when Show subfolders in a submenu is on.

See 0.4.0 for this version's new features: a keyboard shortcut for the menu, subfolders as a submenu, recent folders that favor the current app, start folders for Open and Save dialogs, and a Drives submenu.

Install or upgrade

  1. Install the .NET 10 Desktop Runtime (x64) if you don't have it.
  2. Quit Folderite from the tray, unzip Folderite-0.4.1-win-x64.zip over your Folderite folder, and start Folderite.exe again. Your settings are kept. In portable mode, don't delete the config.json in that folder.

Requires Windows 10 1903 or later; Windows 11 recommended.
