On https://github.com/gsscoder/commandline/tree/stable-1.9.71.2 the link to the Public API page is dead. It points to https://github.com/gsscoder/commandline/blob/master/doc/PublicAPI.md under "Public API", which goes to the 404 page of github.
Latest changes are recorded from Version 1.9.4.91, please refer to >>this document<<.
