A human typing npx argus-decision-mcp got one stderr line and a silent
hang - a first impression indistinguishable from a crash. TTY stdin now
prints a one-screen bilingual card (what this is, two wire-up commands,
the nothing-to-learn on-ramp) and exits; help/--help/-h show the same
card; --stdio forces server mode. Hosts launch over pipes, never gated.
Both cards eyeballed; marker anchored on ASCII copy (checked against the
built bundle BEFORE shipping this time).
