[Bug] Spaces/Rooms Names and Topics Are Not Immediately Changed

Describe the bug
When changing the name or topic of a space or room, it isn't immediately changed in the interface. You must navigate away from the space or room and back to it to see the updated name or topic.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the settings of a space or room
2. Under "Appearance", edit the name and topic of the space or room
3. Close the settings menu and see that the name and topic have not changed in the interface

Expected behavior
When edited, names and topics should immediately change in the interface to reduce user confusion.

I also discovered that Banners don't change/save
Room and Space Names are stuck on Empty Chat and can not be changed.

I am running my own selfhostet LXC instance of Matrix on my Proxmox Server with SSL Zertifikat using Synapse Elements.

Yeah, this issue also seems to exist for room images and banners.
