Add possibility to rename a tab once created

The tab will initially get the name of the branch, tag or reference selected or added. In the case of a full git-hash, it would be nice to be able to rename the tab name to something more user-friendly. This could be added to the right-click menu of the tab.

If tab is renamed, the actual scope reference could be displayed as a mouse hoover popup.
