Multiple "Collecting Git Scope" tasks slow down PHPStorm

I think there should be limit of one task per git repo (4 git repos in my case)

Easiest way is to reproduce this is to run inspections on Git Scope and start applying bulk quick-fixes in Inspections on Git Scope

Oh, this was not good. Yes, there is nothing that limits number of concurrent git tasks. Will try to fix this quickly.
