This link seems to work and take someone to a legit looking form, but should this Job Role param be set?

Good catch, in this case it doesn't matter, probably doesn't need to be in there / looks a little funny.
We tried to have like a "one form to rule them all" for job posts, and I think we use that for the actual W2 jobs (like you filled out). This form was made by copying that one, but it is totally different and specific to this illustrator post.
