- Version 0.10.1 -> 0.11.0 (minor: the `awm onboard` feature landed in 31258e7 +
  c3f87ca). CHANGELOG 0.11.0 entry + README "What's New in v0.11.0" + a Quick Start
  warm-start pointer.
- npm README links: added the `repository`/`homepage`/`bugs` package.json fields
  (npm needs `repository` to resolve README links) and rewrote every in-README doc
  link to an ABSOLUTE GitHub blob / GitHub Pages URL, so they resolve on npmjs.com
  (relative links were breaking there). Verified: all 11 external links return 200,
  all in-page anchors resolve, docs/*.md have no broken links.

Build clean; full suite 578/578; runtime version reports 0.11.0.
