Releases 0.14.2-0.14.5 changed how AWM is invoked while src/adapters/ stood still, so a
fresh install produced 0.14.1-era wiring. This release closes that, and adds the checks
that would have caught it: check:release, a clean-room container install, and the Linux
build and suite.

Verified at this tag: 65 files / 760 tests on Windows and Linux, MCP smoke passing,
check:release clean, retrieval reproducing 92.7% / 92.0% s@1 on the frozen real-store
snapshot.
