[FR] CLI to make it easy to perform connector operations

As a dev/user, the lib works great. but as an Ops, I have to load the program in python etc.
I'd like to have the possibility to create multiple configs, for each cluster, and run simple commands such as

```bash
kafka-connect --cluster <name> connectors list
```
