Hello!
The hook conan-center was used in order to help collaborators and reviewers to find potential flaws in ConanCenterIndex recipes, and worked well for Conan 1.x. However, ConanCenterIndex is now only running Conan 2.x (see here) and that hook is no longer used.
The Conan team is porting and testing internally some hooks, running in the new infrastructure available in Conan Center.
