Sync wiki with repo source (v0.10.0 + conformance-harness Apache-2.0)
Brings the published wiki current with wiki/*.md in the main repo: the v0.10.0
refresh, the five spec-only P2P/SRM extension Working Drafts, and the latest
accuracy corrections (Invoice.currency cardinality, qualification decisionType,
proposalTrigger codelist, VC 1.1 labels, key-Business-Terms wording, Apache-2.0
harness licensing).

Brings the live wiki in line with the in-repo wiki/ mirror on main:

- Settlement linkage (v0.7.0) woven through Process-Layer, Codelists,
