• Added a lint for common mistakes in python requirements
• Use shellcheck to lint *.sh files and provide findings as hints. Can be
  enabled via conda-forge.yaml (shellcheck: enabled: True), default (no entry)

• Check that the current working directory is a feedstock before re-rendering.

Changed:

• Update travis feedstock registration to no longer generate anything for
  travis-ci.org.
