We have some automation that uses the "org.opencontainers.image.revision" annotation. IIUC this update will cause that to be created for our tekton bundles. Added the new new params also since they are needed for this version of the task, as described in: https://github.com/konflux-ci/build-definitions/blob/main/task/tkn-bundle/0.2/MIGRATION.md Ref: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/EC-913

Updates the tkn bundle task to 0.2 to get the new annotations. (Also includes a references bump for the other tasks, since we seems to not be getting those created automatically lately.)
