As part of renaming `enterprise-contract` to `conforma` repositories are being relocated. This commit updates references from `github.com/enterprise-contract/hacks` to `github.com/conforma/hacks`. Ref: EC-1116 Signed-off-by: robnester-rh <rnester@redhat.com>
