[Feature]: Add codec filtering inside the library search

Describe the feature

I would like that the codecs on the first image be added in the folter options of the second.

This would help finding all of those files we may have with bad codecs so we can find a replacement or reencode them.

Searching/filtering by video and/or audio codec is something I have been wanting for a long time. Tautulli has this feature sort of available but you have to click though all libraries, which is not great
