[Feature]: Interactive Filtering from Stats Dashboard (Quality, Codecs, Audio Channels)

Describe the feature

It would be extremely useful if the statistics dashboard in Tracearr (Library → Quality, Codec Distribution, Audio Channels, etc.) supported interactive filtering. Currently, the charts (e.g., Quality distribution donut chart, Video/Audio codec bars, Audio channels) are purely visual. Adding interactivity would significantly improve usability and allow users to quickly explore and manage their library.

Proposed Feature:
Enable users to click on any segment or bar in the stats charts to filter and view the corresponding media items.

Examples:

• Clicking on “1080p” in the Quality chart → shows all movies/TV shows with 1080p quality
• Clicking on “HEVC” in Video Codecs → shows all HEVC-encoded media
• Clicking on “AAC” in Audio Codecs → filters items using AAC audio
• Clicking on “5.1” in Audio Channels → shows all content with 5.1 audio

Expected Behavior:

• Clicking a chart segment redirects to (or opens) a filtered library view
• Filters should stack if possible (e.g., 1080p + HEVC + AAC)
• Include a quick way to clear filters
• Optional: Hover tooltips indicating “Click to filter”

Why This Matters:

• Makes the stats dashboard actionable instead of just informative
• Helps identify and manage specific media types quickly
• Improves workflow for optimizing libraries (e.g., upgrading SD → 1080p, replacing codecs, etc.)
• Reduces the need for manual searching and advanced filters

This feature would transform the stats page from a passive overview into a powerful management tool, making Tracearr much more efficient for users with large libraries.

Also to buffer this - Tracearr is only ever going to report. We will never add anything to allow users to "manage" their library. Filtering will come (in the ticket this duplicated) but there will never be any actions from Tracearr.
