Add custom config plugin to set gradle.properties with:
- 4GB max heap (-Xmx4g)
- 1GB Metaspace (-XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=1g)
- Disabled Gradle daemon to prevent memory accumulation

Fixes OutOfMemoryError: Metaspace during lintVitalAnalyzeRelease
