Adding NEXP_THRESH and beginning phase out of RM_MATCH
NEXP_THRESH will keep sources with a NUM>=NEXP_THRESH, so much simpler to understand now.
Added a MOTD (to inform about this change).
Band matching currently now only takes the magnitudes and drops the fluxes.
added --apply-zeropoint so that you can just add it after the fact
removed the temporary --misc option in place for a more inclusive -s
