Rewrote entire project.

Changes

• Removed dependency on chi-build
• Use example/example.js instead of example/script.js
• Use example/example.css instead of example/styles.css
• Use example/index.html verbatim, do not add wrapper
• Move lint and test commands into this project (from chi-build)
