HomeKeep v1.1.1 — Seasonal/LOAD Patch (stable)

First full-stable release of the v1.1 line. Full CI green: 610 unit +
23 E2E + multi-arch Docker build + image size + regression guards.

Fixes three interacting bugs carried from v1.1.0-rc1:

  • PATCH-01: PB 0.37.1 NumberField-cleared=0 for active_from/to_month
    normalized to null at data-read boundaries + isInActiveWindow
  • PATCH-02: fresh task whose current month is in-window no longer
    triggers seasonal-wakeup (was returning Jan 1 next year)
  • PATCH-03: placeNextDue excludes target task's own contribution
    from load map — rebalance idempotent across runs

Plus:

  • Phase 20: E2E test stabilization (LOAD-aware seed pattern)
  • Phase 21: INFR-03 image budget bumped 300MB → 320MB (v1.1 growth)

No migrations, no API changes, pure app-layer fixes + policy update.
