Brings #130 + #132 + #147 from Teller. tests/test_route_versioning.py (5 tests) + tests/test_otel_semconv.py (5 tests, ALLOWED_CUSTOM_KEYS empty for scaffold). 10 new tests, 173 total. Version 0.2.4 -> 0.2.5.
