This release bump the lock file version to v7. A lockfile bump is friction: once one developer
regenerates pixi.lock in version 7, every collaborator (and CI) needs a pixi that understands the
new format.

Lockfile v7 enables us to deliver this:

• Reproducible source package builds

• More portable lockfiles: The lockfile will no longer contain absolute, machine-specific paths.
