update photon to v0.6.1 and fix zfile open

What this PR does / why we need it:

• update photon to v0.6.1, which fixed the range lock size limit. old range lock may cause unexpected error when opening zfile with big jump table size.
• fix zfile jump table loading error that the return value was not verified.
