Add getting-started dir, fix all links, etc

• Add new docs/getting-started dir for file organization.
• Fix all broken link warnings, except those in READMEs from other repos
• Remove links to deprecated/removed JS API docs.
• Update Docusaurus onBrokenMarkdownLinks config setting based on build warning
• Remove old iptc.md file with IPTC properties
• Integrate more info table instead of using include.
