Purpose
This PR introduces scaffolding for a new marketplace app, the remote-mcp app, that will eventually allow users to set their remote mcp permissions from the app config. This app will support the public alpha of our remote MCP.
Approach
I used the create-contentful-app script to create an app template, than made changes to support the future functionality of the remote-mcp app.
