Purpose
WorkspaceId was having a validation issue in Workflows. I remove the rest of the validations to keep it more consistent to what we currently have as parameters. This is more of a documental PR as the changes to the manifest are already in prod.

Tested the manifest locally:
In prod, workflows is working:
