You made some really nice updates to this app! I'd suggest changing the tag to Feat instead of Fix because it looks like a major update with new features rather than a small bug fix.
Requesting changes for a couple small things in the code that do not look ready for production deployment.

Purpose
Customer wants to use our Typeform integration with Typeform's EU service hosted at typeform.eu.
At the moment, we only support typeform.com.
This change supports EU region as well as updates our config page to match the standard
