Add mcp and skills support

This project looks interesting.

As an idea, you could look at what cocoindex does for using their tool as mcp and skills and maybe do something similar.

They use rust as well, which really makes sense for speed and stability. They use litellm for accessing cloud embedding providers.

From my experience with cocoindex_code the mcp is called more often than when using skills only
