Description
The "Reject Edit" shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Backspace should only be active if there's an edit to be rejected.
If there is no edit to be rejected, the action should be disabled such that IntelliJ's default shortcut "Go to last Edit Location" is activated instead.
To reproduce
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Backspace
- Expect IntelliJ to jump back to where you've done the last modification
