I think the problem lies in 'ContinueProcessHandler. kt',
where 'OutputStreamWriter' and BufferedReader was instantiated without passing in the character encoding format,
Modifying the code according to the diagram can run normally。

and this issue only occurs in versions before jcef21. Configuring jcef to 21. x version will not have this problem
