THis commiti refactors the vagrant evironment. Changes made include: - Add choice menu to choose between: 1. Vagrant provider (VirtualBox, VMWare_Fusion) 2. Deploymnet Environment (Production/Development) 3. Deployment Scenario (w/ STN & w/out STN) - Unified multiple Vagrantfiles into one - Modified vagrant-up vagrant-cleanup to reflect changes
