Collapse together duplicate text nodes in body

To simplify parsing logic, we create multiple text nodes when parsing body, let's collapse these together into one Node:

we're going in the opposite direction where we've split out newlines, whitespace, etc., into their own nodes, such that our parse tree can easily be put back together into the original text, see #25.
