docs: link same-wiki pages by name instead of by full GitHub URL
Every same-wiki link was written as a full github.com URL. On GitHub the two
forms are identical -- it resolves a bare page name against the wiki it is
rendering -- but this wiki also ships inside the Convert Claude plugin as a
read-only mirror, and there they are not identical at all: a skill routes an
absolute URL to "external", so the page sitting on disk beside it never gets
opened, and the answer is reconstructed instead of read. This repo is private,
so the fetch that would rescue it returns 404.
Cross-wiki links keep their absolute form -- a bare name would resolve inside
this wiki and land on the wrong page. _Sidebar.md and _Footer.md are untouched:
GitHub nav chrome, absolute by convention, on no skill routing path. Anchors are
preserved.

docs: refresh wiki against android-sdk @ 1c70626
Anchored bucketing (qs-01), QA debug token + zero-trace preview (qs-02),
mutual exclusion (qs-03), and the delivery/lifecycle hardening from the
90 commits since cdb21685.
New surface documented:
- Builder.debugToken(...) — config-cache bypass, draft/paused visibility,
token redaction (Configuration)
- ConvertContext.setPreview(...) — suspend, per-context, one-way, zero
trace for the whole context (CodeExamples, TrackingControl, Testing,
JavaInterop, ReturnTypes)
- PreviewParam.parse(...) as the one preview type consumers call
- READY fires once per instance; CONFIG_UPDATED on every later refresh
(Initialization)
- EventQueue.drain atomic claim, re-persist on failed background
delivery, events.json.lock (OfflineBehavior)
- Version-gated anchored-vs-packed bucketing layout, mutual-exclusion
KEY-vs-id divergence (AI_Index)
- Routing + nav rows for the newly synced shared pages: QA & Preview,
Mutually Exclusive Experiments, Direct Tracking Endpoint
Corrected facts contradicted by the code:
- The offline event queue is a JSON file, not SQLite (AI_Index, Home,
Initialization) — OfflineBehavior was already right
- logLevel default is DEBUG, not ERROR; LogLevel also has SILENT, and
TRACE emits the same set as DEBUG (Configuration, ReturnTypes)
- dataRefreshInterval default is 300_000 ms, not 600_000
- batchSize 10 / releaseInterval 1_000 ms / hashSeed 9999 / environment
"staging" replace "JS-SDK parity" and "library default" placeholders
- enableTracking = false suppresses the in-process bucketing event too,
not just the network event (CodeExamples, TrackingControl)
- CLAUDE.md: this wiki IS in sync-to-wikis.yml's matrix; shared pages
are permanently read-only here, and _Sidebar.md is sync-owned while
Home.md and AI_Index.md are not

docs(wiki): generate Android SDK wiki (shared docs + Android-specific pages)
Mirror the JS/PHP SDK wikis for the Android SDK.
Shared concept docs (20) copied from the canonical backend source (full-stack-docs concepts/ + guides/): relative links rewritten to android-sdk wiki URLs; language-tagged code samples converted to Kotlin, or removed where the Android SDK has no public equivalent (DataStore injection, runCustomSegments, getConfigEntity/ById, internal ts snippets). Bare-fence pseudo-code and mermaid/text/json left as-is (identical across SDK wikis).
Android-specific pages (11): Quickstart, Installation, Initialization, Configuration, ReturnTypes, CodeExamples, OfflineBehavior, TrackingControl, DataSafety, JavaInterop, Testing. Grounded in the verified public API (ConvertSDK.builder, ConvertContext, Variation/Feature, GoalDataKey, LogLevel, SystemEvents, FeatureExtensions).
Infra: Home, _Sidebar, _Footer, AI_Index, CLAUDE.md, sdk-docs-config.json.
Note: backend sync-to-wikis.yml does not yet target android-sdk; shared docs were placed manually until it does.
