Issue with permissions using docker compose

When using the webserver and trying to add a new recipe it say "Failed to create directory"

The logs say

ERROR Failed to create directories: Permission denied (os error 13)

I have tried changing the folder permissions to several options including the root and my user but with no change

You have to add user:group in docker_compose.yaml.
