Description
This PR adds a new feed corresponding to my personal recipe collection managed with @tmlmt/cooklang-shopper.
Context
I'm actively developing my self-hosted cooklang recipe management app at the moment, and have just implemented opting-in to federation. Happy to add this feed which is minimal for the moment but will hopefully get bigger as I add more recipes :)
