Update Twenty service images to latest

I noticed that the current Twenty one-click service template uses a very old Twenty image version.

I’d like to update both the main Twenty application and worker services to use:

twentycrm/twenty:latest

I’ll also regenerate the service-template JSON files and test the updated service locally with Coolify.
