Avoid expanding all sidebar items by default

Issue

From v4.3.19 the resource sidebar items are expanded by default:

Now I have to scroll ALOT just to access things like backups or other features. I personally don't use most feature you see on above screen like healtcheck, security etc... -- I manage them directly from the application so right now this sidebar made my experience way worse because I have to scroll alot and skim through the sidebar items to see where is the item that I am looking for (example: backups)

v4.3.18 solved this perfectly by only expanding the current active section and giving me the option to collapse it if needed:
