Can no longer install, always fails to load config files - tried troubleshooting myself but wasn't able to make any progress

Nope, tried rebuilding from default electron repo but to no avail, not sure why it can't seem to load the config

Did you try to run a test to check TCP functionality in your code just before the error appeared? I, too, am unable to run even the default repo.
