Code Review

This pull request updates the README.md file to include Fedora IoT in the list of supported systems and corrects a grammatical error in the description of BIOS-based system safety. The reviewer suggested adding a link to the Fedora IoT project page for consistency and recommended changing 'a power failures' to 'power failures' to fix the grammar.

There is a small grammatical error in this line. "a power failures" should be either "a power failure" (singular) or "power failures" (plural). The plural form seems more appropriate here.
