This release has just a small set of bugfixes; notably we drop some of
the "internal containerization" code which is prone to failure when
being run inside mock.

Long term I'd like to use container features more for the case where
we're run on a bare host (as happens on Atomic Host), but support
being run sanely inside Docker/nspawn/whatever without us trying to do
too much "internal containerization".
