Part-DB is an open-source inventory management system for electronic components. This commit adds complete runtipi app configuration including: - App metadata with configurable database, language, timezone, and currency settings - Docker compose configuration with MariaDB database and Part-DB server - Comprehensive documentation covering features, setup, and usage - Official Part-DB logo The configuration follows runtipi v2 schema with dynamic config support and uses the official jbtronics/part-db1:latest Docker image.
