Small py2 script to check the version of a passed, or local apfs.efi file.
Do the following in Terminal:
curl -o CheckAPFS.command https://raw.githubusercontent.com/corpnewt/CheckAPFS/master/CheckAPFS.command && chmod +x CheckAPFS.command
Then run with either ./CheckAPFS.command or by double-clicking CheckAPFS.command
Make sure you have python installed and download the latest release zip here. Extract that, and double-click the Run.bat to launch
