currently we are setting version of build manually in pyroject.toml and __init__.py and have to manually keep them in sync. instead use poetry-version-plugin that can dynamically pick the build version either from __init__.py or git-tag based on setting provide in pyproject.toml ref: https://github.com/tiangolo/poetry-version-plugin
