Stereo GUI is confusing

GUI: i should disable stereo orientation dropdow, if you're picking a downmix mode other than "stereo". while testing i changed orientation and was confused why it wasn't showing stereo.

tbh this ui needs rework. it's cluttered. and a rethink.
