Describe the bug
SoundContainers set to Restart SoundOverlapMode, then defined and played thru a lua script, seem to play twice, even when triggered only once.
To Reproduce
- Have a SoundContainer with SoundOverlapMode = Restart
- Define and play it through lua once
- See as it is played twice
Expected behavior
It should probably only play once
Additional context
Sound was played on FiredFrame and is a stereo sound
