Unified aft binary cannot run doctor

Short description

aft binary does not allow sub-command execution

What happened?

Trying to run aft now just starts the aft daemon instead of attempting the doctor sub-command:

> pwd
~/.cache/opencode/packages/@cortexkit/aft-opencode@latest

> bunx --no-install --bun @cortexkit/aft doctor
