UI changes according to new style guide.

Hi @amarantha-k ,

Almost all changes are fixed as per the new style guideline only table UI part remaining.
And also I fixed new changes which were we discussed on during sync up on Friday morning i.e.

1. Place the GitHub icon at the top of the right sidebar.
2. Remove without a URL status label.
3. Add the horizontal scrollbar for the code block section.
   Note - For now I only add scrollbar for the console code block.

Please look into this.
